Tis the season for little witches to start feeling their oats, and start causing trouble. In Penelope's latest coloring images she is making a potion, using it to enchant her fishing lure, and catching MUCH more than she bargained for. Also featured is Penelope's first witch portrait, snapped just at the moment her new wand shoots a blaze of magic...but don't worry, the photographer was only a frog for about a half hour.
